Guys, depression can happen to anybody. It's important to recognize how it affects you and try to get ahead of depression. Does depression make you sad or even angry? Depression shouldn't rule your life, and I know it sounds crazy, but letting depression make decisions for you can, over time, weigh you down. Depression is like a little voice in your head that says things like, "You're not good enough," or "You'll never reach your goals." For many people this can be tough, and for others even tougher when we let the voice of depression dictate our actions. If the voice says, "You're not good enough," and you respond with, "I know you're right," you're giving depression the power to dictate your life. Instead of giving in when the voice of depression says, "You'll never reach your goals," challenge that and say, "Well, I suppose this morning's coffee was good, and I made it well." We can call this being "optimindful," a mix of the words optimistic and mindful. By being optimindful, we challenge the voice of depression at the root. Our depression tells us we are not good enough, and we immediately challenge the voice with self-positivity and reflection. Over time the voice of our depression is humbled because we always show it that we are better than the things it's telling us, and over time it will start to change. You'll wake up and instead of saying, "You're not enough," you'll sound like, "Time for that amazing morning coffee." Being optimindful eventually changes our habits of default negativity into default positivity that, instead of dragging us down, propels us forward into our day with confidence. Guys, depression is very serious, and if you think you are getting depressed or going through depression you should reach out to a mental health professional and try to get help. Stay safe, guys. Melania Trump has said she doesn't think Donald Trump was involved with Epstein; however,
troves of online information may lead some people to think otherwise. A president can use his power to cover things up in the present,
but truth — like a persistent friend — will knock until every stone is turned long after the president is gone.
Inflation is higher than it has been in a long time, affecting the cost of living for many people and making it harder to get by.
The government is trying to combat this with various policies, but it's still a tough situation for many. I'm not shocked, to be honest:
Trump has never been a man with a coherent plan. The presidency is not personal; he doesn't know how to run an economy for everyone because he has never needed to live any life except for the top 1%.
It's worrying if you think this man can figure out how to fix your life. He has every opportunity to get his business in order and still can't.

Copilot whats the scoop on kids social media accounts? "1. The Legal Side: What’s Actually Required? Federal Level (COPPA) The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) is the big federal law. It restricts data collection from kids under 13 and requires parental consent for platforms that know they have young users. COPPA is being modernized because tech has changed way faster than the law. State-Level Crackdowns States are going way further than federal law: Eight states (including Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Tennessee) now require parental consent for minors to open accounts — some even ban accounts for certain ages. Many states are targeting addictive algorithms, nighttime notifications, and endless scrolling for minors. New York’s SAFE for Kids Act restricts algorithmic feeds and nighttime notifications for users under 18 unless parents approve. Several laws are tied up in court battles over First Amendment issues. Trend to watch: Age verification laws are spreading fast — meaning platforms may soon need to verify everyone’s age, not just kids. 2. Mental Health Concerns Driving These Laws Psychologists and pediatric experts are raising alarms about: Addictive design (likes, infinite scroll, algorithmic feeds) affecting developing brains. Sleep disruption from late-night notifications. Cyberbullying, social comparison, and exposure to harmful content. Links between heavy social media use and depression, though the relationship is complex and not purely causal. There are benefits — community, identity exploration, support — but the risks are getting more attention than ever. 3. What Experts Say Parents Should Do Across major health orgs, the advice is consistent: Set time limits and avoid platforms with heavy “like” mechanics for younger teens. Monitor and discuss what kids see online — weekly conversations matter. Model healthy behavior (kids copy what adults do). Watch for red flags like secrecy, sleep loss, or compulsive checking. Teach digital literacy — how algorithms work, what’s real vs. curated, and how to handle online conflict. 4. The Big Picture Kid's social media accounts are no longer just a parenting choice — they’re becoming a regulated space with real legal requirements, mental health implications, and platform-level changes. The direction is clear: more parental control, more age verification, fewer addictive features, and more scrutiny on how platforms treat young users." Wow this all sounds very advanced and important for kids to develope and be healthy in the digital age. i think that protecting children form the danger of social media is fantastic, anything for the kids to happy and healthy. thanks copilot.
